Difference between Glacier Ring and Sturgeon

This article provides a brief introduction to the differences between the Glacis ring and the Stirrup seal. Glae ring is composed of high wear-resistant PTFE composite rectangular ring and O-shaped rubber sealing ring. o-ring provides sufficient sealing force to compensate for the abrasion of the rectangular ring. Used in conjunction with the guide support ring, cylinder bore less than 40 specifications should be used to split groove. Applicable to hydraulic cylinder piston seal, can be sealed in both directions.

Working pressure of the Glae ring: 0-40MPa up to 60MPa

The reciprocating speed of Glae ring: ≦5m/s

Glae ring oscillating or rotating movement: ≦3m/s

The use temperature of Glay ring: -40℃-+200℃ (by the material of O-ring)

Glae ring applicable price quality: hydraulic oil, steam, water, emulsion, etc.

The seal is made up of a stepped ring with an O-shaped rubber seal.

The O-ring provides sufficient sealing force and compensates for the wear of the stepped ring.

It is suitable for sealing the piston rod of hydraulic cylinders.

The working pressure of the seal: 0-40MPa up to 60MPa

Reciprocating speed of the seal: ≦5m/s

Oscillating or rotating movement of the seal: ≦3m/s

Operating temperature of the seal: -40℃-+200℃ (depending on the material of the O-ring)

The applicable price of the seal: hydraulic oil, steam, water, emulsion, etc.
