Wipers AY dust ring is used to prevent dust, dirt, sand or metal debris from entering the hydraulic cylinder.
Wipers AY double lip dust rings close the piston rod in the direction of the cylinder block. No special screws or brackets are required for installation, no strict tolerances are required, and no metal inserts are required. The dust ring is a continuous ring and can be easily loaded into the groove. The media-facing seal lip reduces the remaining oil film. Polyurethane adhesive ensures excellent characteristics in dry friction, increases wear resistance, and prolongs service life due to good resistance to ozone and radiation caused by climatic conditions.
Wipers AY type with lip dust ring along the direction of the cylinder block closed piston rod. Installation requires no special screws or brackets, no strict tolerances, and no metal inserts. Wipers AY dust rings are continuous rings that can be easily fitted into grooves.

Installation
Wipers AY double lip dust-proof rings can be easily fitted into simple grooves. The lip of the dust ring should be avoided from contacting with the hole of the piston rod or other connecting elements. Range of Application

AY type seal is a dust-proof ring made of double-acting polyurethane. Compared with the general elastic material dust-proof ring, it has improved in contour shape and material.
